VISION 1: THE HARDWARE:
COMPUTER-INTERNET IN EVERY HOME

TIME FOR COMPUTER INSTALMENT HAS COME AND WILL BE HERE TO STAY QUITE FOR LONG
I am writing this to celebrate some success in our prediction. Some years ago, I mentioned to you that the way to go for the computer business is: installment basis.
This was not the case at that time. It was all cash. But the number of customers who wanted to buy computers but did not have the cash was burgeoning. What they could afford to do was installment. And still is!
That was the way to go. That is the way to go this year onward: Sell by installment.
Now, wherever you look, in the newspaper ads, or going inside a computer shop, you will be presented with offer to buy computers by installment.
Installment system is giving way to make computers more present in every house. And this is happening. Computer is taking the course taken by television - it is becoming just another appliance in every house.
It is still going on. Selling computers by installment is still a click strategy for computer vendors like you. It is all up to you to maximize it. Great wealth will be to him who can installment-sell the most number of computers.
I know there are risks in such kind of credit. But risks can be managed or avoided by being soft, e.g., offer credit restructuring.
We can learn from the appliance vendors like Gillamac, J Marketing, etc. They have learned to live by and successfully manage credit, without estranging "estranged" installment customers.
And because they have done that, one supervisor of a successful appliance center told me: Our company has thrived not on cash purchases, but on credit purchases. As a matter of fact, we discourage cash purchases in favor of the more profitable credit [or installment] purchases."
Learn the meaning of this statement and become rich from that opportunity!
So, what I am going to suggest to you: Set the gear of the installment system you had just started a year or two to the second gear, then, to the third gear, then to the 4th gear to the 5th!
And great riches will be yours!
To minimize the risk, copy my successful investor lender aunt: AUTOMATIC SALARY DEDUCTION. Befriend the cashier or treasurer o payroll personnel of the company where your customers are working.
And for this, even if I am making my Corporate Planning to you free as what friends are for, as what I do to other friends, you are actually preparing the way for my riches when that right time comes.

Well, I am looking forward when the whole of the world or at least the Philippines will get saturated with computers, especially internet connected.
Why?
My e-Books! My e-Books which can be sold at P10.00 each! Super beautiful, both in design and contents! I am not boasting.
Who will not buy them? Quality ideas, as best as the nectars which the bees obtain from the beautiful flowers. Ideas not sourced from the mud, but from the most beautiful thing of the world, the flower.
I am a bee who roams around in the infinite region of ideas, looking for nectar (quality ideas) which I can process into honey and wrapped into finished products (eBooks) and call my company HONEYCOMB PUBLISHING.
What do you see to that my dearest friend?
I am making eBooks. Time is to come when the packing will be finished.
For the moment, let me assure you that in making my suggestion to you, I did not have this personal benefit in mind. It just came to mind as I was ending this article. I am honest: I help my friends with ideas without thought of getting paid or benefited. For my belief is: it is God who will bless me.
And yet, I came to foresee that your effort to put at least one computer in every home is also actually an act of preparing the condition for my eBook business.
So, let me the more help you more freely! OK? Now, that it will bring good to me, let me help you more freely without strings attached! Can I?
If so, let me add new suggestion:
BE AT THE FOREFRONT OF GETTING EVERY HOUSE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.
That’s my first suggestion. We will discuss it in details later.
My second suggestion is: LET US GIRD OURSELVES TOWARDS THE ULTIMATE INVENTION OF ALL, to what I call Multi-Media Device (MMD) or Multi-Media David. David, as opposed to giant Goliath, stands for small but terrible.
For the future will be like this:
If the giant Goliaths like the OS-king Microsoft (Windows) and CPU-maker Intel, they have to minimize themselves and enter the small body of today’s IT’s david, namely: the cellular phone!
Microsoft’s Windows and other applications should enter the small body of the cell phone. So should Intel as the main brain-CPU.
How will Microsoft Windows be able to enter the world of the small? It is now possible with the invention of tiny memory like the flash memory. The other way is this: Microsoft Windows must cease sitting at the windows [i.e., hard disk] and go to the brain - to where the CPU is, that is, it must enter the IC - the integrated circuit - the tiny chips.
Microsoft’s Windows operating system must reach a certain standard, stable enough to get qualified being written in the chips! Other enhancement to the Windows OS shall be placed in extension memory such as the hard disk or the smaller flash memory or any other removable disk.
When both Microsoft (it’s Windows OS) has been in the chip like Intel’s CPU, then, both Microsoft and Intel will be ready to enter the small body of the cellular phone, thus, making the present dumb SMS or the still not so smart phone completely smart!
And so, the cellular phone will have ceased being a dumb phone. It has, thanks to Intel and Microsoft, become intelligent - actually a tiny computer - yes internet connected! And wireless!
But my vision of an MMD is not complete until the features of the digital camera and video camera are added. So that photos, motion picture or movie film, as well as music, speeches and discourses will be the added features in addition to the conventional text messaging, music MP3, and simple picture sharing.
MMD is computer, digital camera, video camera, TV and other media and features in one. MMD is the ultimate all-in-one!
That is not very far!
And the first company to have it will be blessed.
OPPORTUNITY FOR THE OFWs

I know that your next question now is: Where will I find the millions I need to buy computers and where will I find the money to sustain my installment system?
I have a solution to that. Quite hard work. But if you will succeed in it, then, you will become rich: TAP THE OFWs!!!
As early as 2004, I had suggested to John Pingkian that we tap the OFWs to solve our financing needs. I was sure it would succeed. But I made progress no farther than floating the idea to two experienced money lenders who can easily, I believe, convince many OFWs to contribute to their lending capital and even turn their lending business into a DEVELOPMENT BANK OR VENTURE CAPITAL CORP when the time will become ripe.
What is the purpose of tapping the vast money of our OFWs? One present great opportunity is: FINANCE THE INSTALLMENT SELLING OF COMPUTERS TO THE SO MANY WAINTING CUSTOMERS IN THE PHILIPPINES!
I will be sending copies of this email to many persons, for the simple reason that I wish many persons who are in the position to do this, will do this! It is not within your capacity to do it alone in the whole Philippines. But you can have the Visayas - it is already vast.
Bay, I tell you: Like the TV, the computer will be found in every home. It is all up to you and the few others to hasten that day to come.
Do not worry about what size will be the computer: it can be the present size of 16" x 17" x 8" or the size of the cellular phone!
It doesn’t matter. It will not matter. Right?
All you have to do is or are:
Place at least one computer in every home, the size notwithstanding!
Connect each to the internet;
And to attain it: Tap the OFWs and other financing sources.
In the side of the OFWs, banks, lending investors, and other funds sources, COMPUTER INSTALLMENT IS ONE SURE WAY TO GO!
GOING COMPUTER IS BECOMING IRRESISTIBLE
For good or bad purpose, the temptation to get a computer has become irresistible to everyone!
This will be so when the cellular phone and the TVs and the digital camera and the video cameras to which people are hooked and addicted will disappear and become merged with the computer - the MMD.
So, the MMD will become the "in" thing - the all-in-one appliance.
But even before that could happen, the urge is already irresistible or tempting.
For one, I saw the great development in software such as the latest Encarta Encyclopedia of Microsoft for the adults as well as for the children - they are superb tool of education!
This will greatly appeal to a growing number of pupils and students, yes, to their parents who are interested to provide their children with the best tool of education or knowledge in their fingertips at very affordable price!
The internet too will become an irresistible force to many including those who are knowledge oriented: access to thousands or millions of books of digitalized big libraries all over the world including Washington’s Library of Congress!
What more can we ask for?
Why shouldn’t we take this miracle to suddenly graduate from our monkey level of knowledge and education?
For me, as a nationalist Filipino, bent for the education - read: right education -- of our people, I say, "Let’s grab this opportunity!"
I do not say the scientific knowledge written on textbooks and now made available through the different e-libraries, is perfect. I say, scientific knowledge is still imperfect - hence, unsafe. But Bay, we have also the Holy Spirit to guide us through the still dark tunnel of scientific knowledge. Yes, physically speaking, science is not a dark tunnel; it is a light. But spiritually, science is not enough light to light the way of our soul’s salvation. Science needs the Holy Bible and other Holy Scriptures to make itself right and not dangerous. It is like having the right frame of mind and heart not to use a knife to kill a person, but to use it only for good purposes. It is the Holy Bible and other Holy Scriptures that can give man the correct frame of mind and heart not to misuse this vast material knowledge made greatly available via the internet.
With regards to the negative aspect of internet, e.g., cyber sex and e-pornography, I admit, this has also serve the greater motivation why men or women want to get a computer connected to the internet: men wants to view pornographic sex, some women too, but there is a growing number of women who want to earn from ‘safe’ sex, that is, they all have to expose their naked beautiful bodies via the internet, without being touched or raped, then, presto! the income!
But that is now the job of maturing men like us: WE WILL EDUCATE THE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE YOUNGER US, THAT EXCLUSIVE SEX LOVE WITH AN EXCLUSIVE PERSON IS STILL AND ALWAYS BE THE WAY TO GO - that the US who tried promiscuity (sex with anyone, thanks to condom etc that enable them to prevent pregnancy and avoid STDs) is not reaping good fruits.
As a matter of fact, I have with me a copy of the PDI-Metro 11/16/07 with the news: Sex diseases still rising in US.
Pregnancy maybe. They were able to avoid that. But the STDs they are not able to avoid them. The report says, "The incidence of gonorrhea…has risen in the last two years in this country while the number of chlamydia and syphilis cases continue to rise, federal health officials said… the 1,030,911 cases of chlamydia in 2006 are the highest ever recorded for any nationality reported in any year…They said that because of underreporting, a more accurate estimate is 2.8 million new chlamydia annually. The chlamydia microbe can cause pelvic inflammatory disease and resulting abdominal pain, ectopic pregnancy and infertility in women."
That is in addition to the fact in the US as well as here in the Philippines, the cervix cancer among women and prostate cancer among men are the leading killers of our people today. What is the cause? Sexual immorality - in addition to chemical loyality!
So, this will be a great war between wrong knowledge and right knowledge.
Sounds like the Armageddon of Revelation 13:13-16. Exactly bay. Armageddon is first and foremost a battle of God and Satan for the minds and hearts of the people. The military aspect will just be a small part of this great war of ideas.
It is a war between the Perverted 666 and Perfect 666!
Truly, our business or work has a spiritual dimension, and not just all business or profit. That is why it is a wise thing to always make sure that IN ORDER TO REAP ETERNAL LIFE, PUT SELFLESS LOVE IN EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO. Many successful businessmen or non-business men put too much Self-love to the sacrifice of Love for God and Love for Neighbor. Result: They failed to fulfill the Law "You shall love God above all and your neighbor as yourself." Therefore, they will be barred from entering the Kingdom of God! Bad business practice and dumb business strategy!

VISION 2: THE SOFTWARE
BOOK OF REVELATIONS AND BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE
IN EVERY HOME - IN PAPERBOOK OR CD/eBOOK

Greetings!
Grolier company is making The New Book of Knowledge encyclopedia available, through installment payment scheme, which is already a great favor. And we can look towards the near future when our people will be emancipated from the huge ignorance that only encyclopedia et al can help remove.
I have read from a book that Science is not complete - that it needs the partnership of God’s books of Revealed Knowledge but Science plays an important role that no one can do nor serve as proxy, namely: its experiments, discoveries, inventions, findings, observations, even thesis, theories and hypothesis -- confirms or if not immediately, are in the process of confirming or add credence to GOD’S REVELATION OR REVEALED TRUTHS.
One example sparks on the screen: the cholesterol!
If you read encyclopedia, magazines, journal especially medical, online or in paper, you will be presented with mountains of articles proving that cholesterol from the animals is dangerous to our health.
The effects of this cholesterol is a group of diseases collectively called Cardio-Vascular Diseases (CVDs) which include all diseases that concerns the heart and the veins (blood vessels). Sclerosis, heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure, paralysis, etc.
Frightening is that statement "Cholesterol from the animals is dangerous to your health’ because the effects of this so-called bad cholesterol from meat, especially red meat, is at the top of the survey chart: CVDs ARE THE NO. 1 KILLER OF THE AMERICANS AND FILIPINOS (and I guess it is the same to GERMANY and other meat-eating countries, except the Arabs who refuse to eat pork).
Cancer is NO. 2.
Now, do you know that there are at least very old writing, as old as 3,500 years!, that forewarned the danger of animal cholesterol or fat, as we know it more commonly?
These three statements read as follow:
"It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings, that you shall eat neither fat nor blood."
"You shall eat no fat, of ox, or sheep, or goat. The fat of that which dies of itself, and the fat of that which is torn of animals, may be used for any other service; but you shall in no way eat of it."
"And the pig…it is unclean (not safe) for you. You must not eat their meat…"
What is that ancient 3,500-year old writing that has survived to these days?
It is the Old Testament. We quoted those statements from the book of the Leviticus, specifically Leviticus 3:17; Leviticus 7:23-24
and Leviticus 11:7.
That knowledge was revealed, hence, a Revelation. Discovered knowledge refers to Science. Here we read an ancient Revelation. And we will find out soon that Science, some 3,500 years later, NOW! - would confirm the correctness of this Revelation
By the way, I am not speaking here out of some religious bigotry. For I do not belong to any religious group exclusively; I respect all religions and accept their teachings as long as they are biblical or scriptural, but reject any teaching if it is not in the Bible or Scriptures, including those in our mother church Roman Catholic in which I grew up.
So, I am a kind of all-in-one. I accept all teachings as long as they are confirmed by or found in one Authority - the Bible and other Scriptures attributed to God. I call these books collectively as "The Revealed Knowledge by God" or the "Revelations" in contrast to discovered knowledge, which Science is all about.
Due to our human limitations, I have no doubt that Science or discovered Knowledge is limited, often narrow, incomplete, imperfect, and to some extent or cases, erroneous.
But Science or scientists are open-minded; they are not closed-minded like many others. They keep on searching; and they are willing to throw their existing beliefs if only solid proofs are found or newly discovered to disprove their first assumptions.
What is dangerous with many scientists is when they started, out of pride, putting science as higher or as more infallible than the Revelations or revealed knowledge or teachings of God.
This is the error of many scientists. The first and second chapters of the book of Romans discuss this error that led to many scientists’ fall.
Nevertheless, there were and are good scientists are there were and are astray (lost) ones. Scientists do not agree themselves. There is a battle of ideas going on. A purging. Clear water is hopefully the result after this muddled stirring of the lake.
If we let God’s revealed knowledge be the guide, and not place it in the archive to be dusted, then, we can successfully locate which knowledge in the encyclopedia or other books are aligned to the Holy Bible and other Scriptures.
Using this "God’s Revelation is the Final Arbiter, Science is its servant or confirmer" approach to our search for higher education and in our attempt to remove the thick darkness that has enveloped our people, then, our success is guaranteed!
Remember these two principles:
WE NEED THE REVELATION AS THE FINAL ARBITER
WE NEED SCIENCE TOO AS THE CONFIRMER
We must not interchange their specific roles. Science should not take the role as the final arbiter; it must be content to serve as the confirmer - the affirmer of God’s revealed knowledge.
The past centuries should be enough to prove to us that to raise science to the throne of the Final Authority is devastating in results. Science became the law or the ruler; God’s commandments were put to the side.
And so, what the Holy Bible or Scriptures said were not heeded.
For example, and we return to the cholesterol issue: We ignored God’s warning that we should not eat animal fat, not only that of the pig, but of any animal. There is no religious favoritism here; God does not single out the Catholic nor favor the Seventh Day Adventist. For during the time spoke those warnings, some 3,500 years ago, in Canaan, there was no Catholic nor Protestant yet at that time, not even a single one!
So there was no favoritism intended and the message is for every one.
WHAT MEDICAL SCIENCE DISCOVERED
It is not necessary to quote medical authorities nowadays for it has become now a popular knowledge because scientists and doctors have announced it so many times already that ANIMAL FAT IS BD FOR YOUR HEALTH.
There is no room to quote scientific medical sources. And as I have said it is already an accepted fact by all people, not jus by the scientists.
So, what do I want to accomplish here?
I want to emphasize the point that: SCIENCE CONFIRMS REVELATIONS. If Science fails to do that immediately, but sooner it will. Like what happened to the fats, it took 3,500 years for Science to admit that God’s revelation in the book of the Leviticus is right after all!
This is a nice project to do: list all revealed knowledge now slowly and finally confirmed by science.
Science has been a slow maidservant; at times, it refuses to affirm its master, the Revelation. At times, it revealed and declared what is opposite. But eventually, it will humble down and accept its master’s superiority.
Although the eternal Father Jehovah used religious reason for not allowing fat as well as blood from being eaten, scientific researchers found the unrevealed medical reason why He prohibited fat and blood, to wit: it is not good for our health. Fat causes cardio-vascular diseases. Simply stated, fat coagulates inside our veins or blood vessels and so prevent blood from freely flowing, thus, causing rupture such as in the vessel near the brain, causing paralysis or even death.
So…. ?
So, LET US HOLD THE HOLY BIBLE AND SCRIPTURES IN OUR RIGHT HAND (and not allow it to gather dust in our book shelf) AND HOLD SCIENCE IN OUR LEFT HAND.
That is the KEY TO THE EMANCIPATION OF OUR PEOPLE FROM ITS FIRST OPPRESSOR, namely: lies and ignorance.
CHRIST AND CHURCH ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS
Christ and Church are not always in agreement. As a matter of fact, it was the Jewish Church (called Temple in the New Testament) who killed Christ. Right?
And false churches organized by their false messiahs were predicted to spread all over the earth (Matthew 24).
SCIENCE CAN BE AN EFFECTIVE NON-RELIGIOUS TOOL TO DEFEAT FALSE CHURCHES AND FALSE MESSIAHS
Let us take Astronomy as a good example versus the wrong notion of the Church (I do not say Church is all wrong; I say, Church is wrong in some areas!).
Example: in the early centuries, the Catholic Church said that the earth is flat. And she persecuted the scientist Galileo for teaching the people that the earth is round!
Now, who was fooling whom?
And why should our Church still insist she is infallible?
What a thing!
Church, member or leaders, is not infallible. Even Peter was once corrected by Paul for a grave error of hypocrisy (Galatians 2:11-21). And why should the pope insists that he is infallible? Why does he insists, and the priests too, to be addressed and to be loved as the "holy father" in grieve violation of Exodus 20:3 and Matthew 23:9?
The Church, may I repeat, is not the perfect Christ. The Church, member or leaders, is imperfect.
SCIENCE CAN HELP
Since the Holy Bible, in its present set of compiled books, is not recording scientific knowledge and so leaves us much to be desired and discovered, and so, let us use our 5 physical senses to investigate this physical-material world.
And I tell you, Church will be put to shame in many respects. Not in all aspects, but the wrong ones which she peddled out to be accepted by the people for the sake of control by fear and for the sake of financial gains.
This is the bad legacy of this corrupted from of Christianity we had inherited from Spain, whose purpose was to bring us to Christ was muddled and undermined by their overwhelming and dominant aim to exploit our riches!!??
Hence their purpose was not pure and oftentimes as well as in the end, their bad ulterior motive came to the fore!!??.
Let me quote to you a favorite parable of a friendship with a hidden agenda, to wit:
THE PARABLE OF THE HAWK AND THE TURTLE
"There is the story of the turtle and the hawk. The hawk first eagerly helps the turtle out of its mud-hole in the meadow, only to be grabbed by the hawk in its neck during its search for herbs, carried aloft and smashed into a rock.
"Why did the hawk do that? So that she can enjoy the turtle’s flesh as a reward for its previous eagerness to help. My, children, do not do that!
"Do not follow the evil inhabitants in hell [on earth] who serve out of selfishness, for everyone there expects to be served.
"They are like the story of the turtle and the hawk.
"Do not fake ‘love’. Do not serve nor do good deeds with evil ulterior motive. Make sure that you love your neighbor as yourself or best of all, more than yourself for ‘there is no greater love than the one who lay down his life for the sake of his friends.’
"Service should be given in love and with true brotherly feeling, as is customary in the heavens."
Let me hasten to clarify that what Jesus prohibited is not proper love of self, but excessive love of self. We all love our self and to the right extent the Lord supports it and does not want self-love be destroyed, only be limited. He never said we should hate ourselves. He only said, Love the Father your God above all and your neighbor as yourself. In short, You still have to love yourself, but no longer that much and no longer alone.
Love of self must be less than our love for God and be equal to our love for the neighbors.
That is the correction that we should make to stop this present imbalance between the rich and the poor which resulted from the smart rich’s success in outsmarting or deceiving the poor majority. And why did they do that? All because of greater love for self than love for God and neighbor. They don’t care about the squatters, the garbage people, the street children, the beggars. They focus their brilliant minds and efforts to achieving success - and all for the Self and the self’s!
That is the imbalance here in the Philippines and generally in the world. In Japan, they had made headways. Japanese care for each other. That is why they are very rich and stable. The Americans too. So do the Germans.
But it is a different story outside Japan, outside Germany, outside America. They all treat the "outsiders" or non-racial brothers as venue of their exploitation, and sexploitation.
Too bad the world is. But Christ said, Let your racial love be extended to your other brothers who are of different color.
That is still a goal Christ has. It is yet to be fulfilled. He is still in the work of letting all races understand that we all have one Father and we are all brothers, irregardless of skin color (Matthew 23:8-8).
Now, Win, I have said too much. Let me come to some conclusion and plans now.
CONCLUSION:
Science is important not as a final Arbiter of all confusion, but as an effective maidservant of the Revelations or of the Revealer (God).
In many cases, Science is effective in correcting long-held erroneous views, superstitions, myths, lies, deceptions, that the Church peddled or tolerated for some financial gains.
We need science, under the guidance of the Revelation of God, to help remove the thick veil of darkness (ignorance) that long hold our people in slavery and inutile-ness.
One mother wondered, for example, why Filipino women when they go to other countries ended up looking for or taking works those of the slaves, maids and even prostitutes while when American women, German women, Japanese women visit our country, they do so as tourists to view our beautiful spots.
So, my dear friend Edwin, let us say, SOMETHING IS WRONG - FUNDAMENTALLY VERY WRONG BOTH IN OUR PEOPLE AND IN OUR LEADERS.
Therefore, I encourage your cooperation for us accomplish the following goals:
Book of Knowledge or any other encyclopedia for that matter, to be in EVERY HOME, on paper as well as in digital form.
To help the readers-students APPLY AND REAP BENEFITS and not just stop at knowing.
This is what I see to be lacking. Selling is not enough. But it is still a big mission to accomplish because only to a small percentage has the encyclopedia been sold. A large majority do not have the encyclopedia.
So, this is still a big task at hand.
But I believe we can do number 2 at the same time, without hampering the first goal. And as a matter of fact, helping Goal No. 1!
What I mean is: if we can show to the first batch of buyers that the knowledge they found in the New Book of Knowledge to be powerful in conquering poverty, in augmenting their income, in improving their health, in increasing their intelligence, in increasing their grades, in overcoming the present oppression by the rich, in doing away with employment and making a success at independent self-employment or own business with the aid of right science - if we can trigger new inventions and innovations with the help of the New Book of Knowledge - if we can activate our budding scientists to action, if we can remove diseases and sickness by a large percentage - if we can increase health, prosperity, happiness, love, freedom and all positive things you can mention of, then, I guess that SELLING THE NEW BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE ET AL TO THE OTHERS WILL BE PLAINLY EASY!!!!
Therefore, let us:
list all the things in the Book of Knowledge that we can apply ourselves first;
then, to share them to our buyers: those who now possess the encyclopedia.
A club or team composed of Grolier people and eventually by Grolier buyers (customers) who experienced good results from the knowledge they applied is hereby proposed.
Why do I propose that a team from Grolier or a team of selected benefited buyers be organized?
To help quickly identify which knowledge are immediately applicable in the Philippines.
To quickly produce concrete results that can contribute to the welfare of the people in whatever form.
And for corporate objective (this is proper self-love): To hasten - make faster - sales.
And for my other personal purpose (this too is not wrong self-love) - I want to serve Grolier and all of you there in time when I am delayed in my payments, due to two reasons: 1) I got defeated in the last barangay election not due to incompetence but lack of commitment (time); my honorarium was my pledge to pay my monthly installment to the New Book of Knowledge; 2) I cannot yet use my small bakery’s income - not easily because I am busy battling the sudden increase of prices of ingredients (Ex. flour from P640 to P820!) All ingredients have increased in their prices! This is the result of one lie: THAT HE WHO HAS THE MONEY IS THE ONE WHO IS WORTHY TO BE ELECTED INTO OFFICE!
They do not know that the candidates who have the much money are the ones backed up by the evil drug lords, gambling lords, etc.
We have to destroy them in many fronts. One is the political front. The other in the economic front, e.g., GREAT INCREASES OF PRICES HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER ELECTION BECAUSE BIG BUSINESS THAT FINANCED THE ELECTION IMMEDIATELY RECOUP (recover) THEIR EXPENSES. They call it with innocent hard-to-comprehend name --- Inflation!
If we can let voters understand a simple calculation:
This so-called inflation increases prices of let us just say, P1.00 per product and services including transportation (fare). And out of thousands of products and services, let us just take 30. And so P 1.00 x 30 = P30.00 a day. Per voter.
That is added to the prices, but will go to the pocket of the election financiers.
Now, multiply P30.00 to the number of days of a 3-year term: 1,095 days or round off 1,000.
We lost - each voter stands to lose after the official term of 3 years, some P30,000.00!!!
That is what we’d lose in return for the small inangayan (votemoney or bribe) of P200.00 per person came eve of the election day from our candidates.
It is more than 400% a month. No lending investor is legal to lend money at that so exorbitant a rate! That’s a killer rate! Even 10% or the so-called 5-6 is already hated. But we love to "borrow" from our politicians P200.00 at election eve and pay it at 400% a month for 36 months or three years!
And we just accept the news after election: "Price of flour increases from P640 to P820 due to inflation."
We cannot blame anyone or anything other than our being DUMB!
THE SOLUTION: RIGHT KNOWLEDGE
Win, make selling the encyclopedia in its many forms, digital or paper, not just your goal but something like an evangelical mission.
To aid that, we have to proceed to do something to hasten or encourage to hasten the APPLICATION OF SUCH KNOWLEDGE. For if we don’t initiate, I have found with my relatives both in Jagna or in Calape, or elsewhere, that THEY HAD LET THE BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE et al to SLEEP AND GATHER DUST IN THEIR BOOKSHELVES.
They only serve simple school researches. Nay, that is not the ultimate purpose of knowledge. It is not to be just written in some school term paper and then, leave there. In America, when you say knowledge in BioChemistry, people or students and scientists of all ages apply it in their homes, laboratories, in factories, in companies, in schools, everywhere.
Knowledge there is alive. It is not allowed to remain inserted in dusted old books. IT IS APPLIED.
So, we are not only up to selling and earning commission. WE should proceed to SPEARHEADING IN THE APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE TO REMOVE IGNORANCE, SLAVERY AND POVERTY AND ATTAIN INTELLIGENCE, WISDOM, FREEDOM AND PROSPERITY!
That is our revised and expanded MISSION.
And all the financial things that we desire shall be added unto you, borrowing from Christ’s famous statement.

TIME FOR COMPUTER INSTALMENT HAS COME AND WILL BE HERE TO STAY QUITE FOR LONG
I am writing this to celebrate some success in our prediction. Some years ago, I mentioned to you that the way to go for the computer business is: installment basis.
This was not the case at that time. It was all cash. But the number of customers who wanted to buy computers but did not have the cash was burgeoning. What they could afford to do was installment. And still is!
That was the way to go. That is the way to go this year onward: Sell by installment.
Now, wherever you look, in the newspaper ads, or going inside a computer shop, you will be presented with offer to buy computers by installment.
Installment system is giving way to make computers more present in every house. And this is happening. Computer is taking the course taken by television - it is becoming just another appliance in every house.
It is still going on. Selling computers by installment is still a click strategy for computer vendors like you. It is all up to you to maximize it. Great wealth will be to him who can installment-sell the most number of computers.
I know there are risks in such kind of credit. But risks can be managed or avoided by being soft, e.g., offer credit restructuring.
We can learn from the appliance vendors like Gillamac, J Marketing, etc. They have learned to live by and successfully manage credit, without estranging "estranged" installment customers.
And because they have done that, one supervisor of a successful appliance center told me: Our company has thrived not on cash purchases, but on credit purchases. As a matter of fact, we discourage cash purchases in favor of the more profitable credit [or installment] purchases."
Learn the meaning of this statement and become rich from that opportunity!

BE AT THE FOREFRONT OF GETTING EVERY HOUSE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.
That’s my first suggestion. We will discuss it in details later.
My second suggestion is: LET US GIRD OURSELVES TOWARDS THE ULTIMATE INVENTION OF ALL, to what I call Multi-Media Device (MMD) or Multi-Media David. David, as opposed to giant Goliath, stands for small but terrible.
For the future will be like this:
If the giant Goliaths like the OS-king Microsoft (Windows) and CPU-maker Intel, they have to minimize themselves and enter the small body of today’s IT’s david, namely: the cellular phone!
Microsoft’s Windows and other applications should enter the small body of the cell phone. So should Intel as the main brain-CPU.
How will Microsoft Windows be able to enter the world of the small? It is now possible with the invention of tiny memory like the flash memory. The other way is this: Microsoft Windows must cease sitting at the windows [i.e., hard disk] and go to the brain - to where the CPU is, that is, it must enter the IC - the integrated circuit - the tiny chips.
Microsoft’s Windows operating system must reach a certain standard, stable enough to get qualified being written in the chips! Other enhancement to the Windows OS shall be placed in extension memory such as the hard disk or the smaller flash memory or any other removable disk.
When both Microsoft (it’s Windows OS) has been in the chip like Intel’s CPU, then, both Microsoft and Intel will be ready to enter the small body of the cellular phone, thus, making the present dumb SMS or the still not so smart phone completely smart!
And so, the cellular phone will have ceased being a dumb phone. It has, thanks to Intel and Microsoft, become intelligent - actually a tiny computer - yes internet connected! And wireless!
But my vision of an MMD is not complete until the features of the digital camera and video camera are added. So that photos, motion picture or movie film, as well as music, speeches and discourses will be the added features in addition to the conventional text messaging, music MP3, and simple picture sharing.
MMD is computer, digital camera, video camera, TV and other media and features in one. MMD is the ultimate all-in-one!
That is not very far!
And the first company to have it will be blessed.
OPPORTUNITY FOR THE OFWs

I know that your next question now is: Where will I find the millions I need to buy computers and where will I find the money to sustain my installment system?
I have a solution to that. Quite hard work. But if you will succeed in it, then, you will become rich: TAP THE OFWs!!!
As early as 2004, I had suggested to John Pingkian that we tap the OFWs to solve our financing needs. I was sure it would succeed. But I made progress no farther than floating the idea to two experienced money lenders who can easily, I believe, convince many OFWs to contribute to their lending capital and even turn their lending business into a DEVELOPMENT BANK OR VENTURE CAPITAL CORP when the time will become ripe.
What is the purpose of tapping the vast money of our OFWs? One present great opportunity is: FINANCE THE INSTALLMENT SELLING OF COMPUTERS TO THE SO MANY WAINTING CUSTOMERS IN THE PHILIPPINES!
I will be sending copies of this email to many persons, for the simple reason that I wish many persons who are in the position to do this, will do this! It is not within your capacity to do it alone in the whole Philippines. But you can have the Visayas - it is already vast.

For good or bad purpose, the temptation to get a computer has become irresistible to everyone!
This will be so when the cellular phone and the TVs and the digital camera and the video cameras to which people are hooked and addicted will disappear and become merged with the computer - the MMD.
So, the MMD will become the "in" thing - the all-in-one appliance.
But even before that could happen, the urge is already irresistible or tempting.
For one, I saw the great development in software such as the latest Encarta Encyclopedia of Microsoft for the adults as well as for the children - they are superb tool of education!
This will greatly appeal to a growing number of pupils and students, yes, to their parents who are interested to provide their children with the best tool of education or knowledge in their fingertips at very affordable price!
The internet too will become an irresistible force to many including those who are knowledge oriented: access to thousands or millions of books of digitalized big libraries all over the world including Washington’s Library of Congress!
What more can we ask for?
Why shouldn’t we take this miracle to suddenly graduate from our monkey level of knowledge and education?
For me, as a nationalist Filipino, bent for the education - read: right education -- of our people, I say, "Let’s grab this opportunity!"
I do not say the scientific knowledge written on textbooks and now made available through the different e-libraries, is perfect. I say, scientific knowledge is still imperfect - hence, unsafe. But Bay, we have also the Holy Spirit to guide us through the still dark tunnel of scientific knowledge. Yes, physically speaking, science is not a dark tunnel; it is a light. But spiritually, science is not enough light to light the way of our soul’s salvation. Science needs the Holy Bible and other Holy Scriptures to make itself right and not dangerous. It is like having the right frame of mind and heart not to use a knife to kill a person, but to use it only for good purposes. It is the Holy Bible and other Holy Scriptures that can give man the correct frame of mind and heart not to misuse this vast material knowledge made greatly available via the internet.
With regards to the negative aspect of internet, e.g., cyber sex and e-pornography, I admit, this has also serve the greater motivation why men or women want to get a computer connected to the internet: men wants to view pornographic sex, some women too, but there is a growing number of women who want to earn from ‘safe’ sex, that is, they all have to expose their naked beautiful bodies via the internet, without being touched or raped, then, presto! the income!
But that is now the job of maturing men like us: WE WILL EDUCATE THE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE YOUNGER US, THAT EXCLUSIVE SEX LOVE WITH AN EXCLUSIVE PERSON IS STILL AND ALWAYS BE THE WAY TO GO - that the US who tried promiscuity (sex with anyone, thanks to condom etc that enable them to prevent pregnancy and avoid STDs) is not reaping good fruits.
As a matter of fact, I have with me a copy of the PDI-Metro 11/16/07 with the news: Sex diseases still rising in US.
Pregnancy maybe. They were able to avoid that. But the STDs they are not able to avoid them. The report says, "The incidence of gonorrhea…has risen in the last two years in this country while the number of chlamydia and syphilis cases continue to rise, federal health officials said… the 1,030,911 cases of chlamydia in 2006 are the highest ever recorded for any nationality reported in any year…They said that because of underreporting, a more accurate estimate is 2.8 million new chlamydia annually. The chlamydia microbe can cause pelvic inflammatory disease and resulting abdominal pain, ectopic pregnancy and infertility in women."
That is in addition to the fact in the US as well as here in the Philippines, the cervix cancer among women and prostate cancer among men are the leading killers of our people today. What is the cause? Sexual immorality - in addition to chemical loyality!
So, this will be a great war between wrong knowledge and right knowledge.
Sounds like the Armageddon of Revelation 13:13-16. Exactly bay. Armageddon is first and foremost a battle of God and Satan for the minds and hearts of the people. The military aspect will just be a small part of this great war of ideas.
It is a war between the Perverted 666 and Perfect 666!
Truly, our business or work has a spiritual dimension, and not just all business or profit. That is why it is a wise thing to always make sure that IN ORDER TO REAP ETERNAL LIFE, PUT SELFLESS LOVE IN EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO. Many successful businessmen or non-business men put too much Self-love to the sacrifice of Love for God and Love for Neighbor. Result: They failed to fulfill the Law "You shall love God above all and your neighbor as yourself." Therefore, they will be barred from entering the Kingdom of God! Bad business practice and dumb business strategy!

BOOK OF REVELATIONS AND BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE
IN EVERY HOME - IN PAPERBOOK OR CD/eBOOK

Greetings!
Grolier company is making The New Book of Knowledge encyclopedia available, through installment payment scheme, which is already a great favor. And we can look towards the near future when our people will be emancipated from the huge ignorance that only encyclopedia et al can help remove.
I have read from a book that Science is not complete - that it needs the partnership of God’s books of Revealed Knowledge but Science plays an important role that no one can do nor serve as proxy, namely: its experiments, discoveries, inventions, findings, observations, even thesis, theories and hypothesis -- confirms or if not immediately, are in the process of confirming or add credence to GOD’S REVELATION OR REVEALED TRUTHS.
One example sparks on the screen: the cholesterol!
If you read encyclopedia, magazines, journal especially medical, online or in paper, you will be presented with mountains of articles proving that cholesterol from the animals is dangerous to our health.
The effects of this cholesterol is a group of diseases collectively called Cardio-Vascular Diseases (CVDs) which include all diseases that concerns the heart and the veins (blood vessels). Sclerosis, heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure, paralysis, etc.
Frightening is that statement "Cholesterol from the animals is dangerous to your health’ because the effects of this so-called bad cholesterol from meat, especially red meat, is at the top of the survey chart: CVDs ARE THE NO. 1 KILLER OF THE AMERICANS AND FILIPINOS (and I guess it is the same to GERMANY and other meat-eating countries, except the Arabs who refuse to eat pork).
Cancer is NO. 2.
Now, do you know that there are at least very old writing, as old as 3,500 years!, that forewarned the danger of animal cholesterol or fat, as we know it more commonly?
These three statements read as follow:
"It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings, that you shall eat neither fat nor blood."
"You shall eat no fat, of ox, or sheep, or goat. The fat of that which dies of itself, and the fat of that which is torn of animals, may be used for any other service; but you shall in no way eat of it."
"And the pig…it is unclean (not safe) for you. You must not eat their meat…"
What is that ancient 3,500-year old writing that has survived to these days?
It is the Old Testament. We quoted those statements from the book of the Leviticus, specifically Leviticus 3:17; Leviticus 7:23-24
and Leviticus 11:7.
That knowledge was revealed, hence, a Revelation. Discovered knowledge refers to Science. Here we read an ancient Revelation. And we will find out soon that Science, some 3,500 years later, NOW! - would confirm the correctness of this Revelation
By the way, I am not speaking here out of some religious bigotry. For I do not belong to any religious group exclusively; I respect all religions and accept their teachings as long as they are biblical or scriptural, but reject any teaching if it is not in the Bible or Scriptures, including those in our mother church Roman Catholic in which I grew up.
So, I am a kind of all-in-one. I accept all teachings as long as they are confirmed by or found in one Authority - the Bible and other Scriptures attributed to God. I call these books collectively as "The Revealed Knowledge by God" or the "Revelations" in contrast to discovered knowledge, which Science is all about.
Due to our human limitations, I have no doubt that Science or discovered Knowledge is limited, often narrow, incomplete, imperfect, and to some extent or cases, erroneous.
But Science or scientists are open-minded; they are not closed-minded like many others. They keep on searching; and they are willing to throw their existing beliefs if only solid proofs are found or newly discovered to disprove their first assumptions.
What is dangerous with many scientists is when they started, out of pride, putting science as higher or as more infallible than the Revelations or revealed knowledge or teachings of God.
This is the error of many scientists. The first and second chapters of the book of Romans discuss this error that led to many scientists’ fall.
Nevertheless, there were and are good scientists are there were and are astray (lost) ones. Scientists do not agree themselves. There is a battle of ideas going on. A purging. Clear water is hopefully the result after this muddled stirring of the lake.
If we let God’s revealed knowledge be the guide, and not place it in the archive to be dusted, then, we can successfully locate which knowledge in the encyclopedia or other books are aligned to the Holy Bible and other Scriptures.
Using this "God’s Revelation is the Final Arbiter, Science is its servant or confirmer" approach to our search for higher education and in our attempt to remove the thick darkness that has enveloped our people, then, our success is guaranteed!
Remember these two principles:
WE NEED THE REVELATION AS THE FINAL ARBITER
WE NEED SCIENCE TOO AS THE CONFIRMER
We must not interchange their specific roles. Science should not take the role as the final arbiter; it must be content to serve as the confirmer - the affirmer of God’s revealed knowledge.
The past centuries should be enough to prove to us that to raise science to the throne of the Final Authority is devastating in results. Science became the law or the ruler; God’s commandments were put to the side.
And so, what the Holy Bible or Scriptures said were not heeded.
For example, and we return to the cholesterol issue: We ignored God’s warning that we should not eat animal fat, not only that of the pig, but of any animal. There is no religious favoritism here; God does not single out the Catholic nor favor the Seventh Day Adventist. For during the time spoke those warnings, some 3,500 years ago, in Canaan, there was no Catholic nor Protestant yet at that time, not even a single one!
So there was no favoritism intended and the message is for every one.
WHAT MEDICAL SCIENCE DISCOVERED
It is not necessary to quote medical authorities nowadays for it has become now a popular knowledge because scientists and doctors have announced it so many times already that ANIMAL FAT IS BD FOR YOUR HEALTH.
There is no room to quote scientific medical sources. And as I have said it is already an accepted fact by all people, not jus by the scientists.
So, what do I want to accomplish here?
I want to emphasize the point that: SCIENCE CONFIRMS REVELATIONS. If Science fails to do that immediately, but sooner it will. Like what happened to the fats, it took 3,500 years for Science to admit that God’s revelation in the book of the Leviticus is right after all!
This is a nice project to do: list all revealed knowledge now slowly and finally confirmed by science.
Science has been a slow maidservant; at times, it refuses to affirm its master, the Revelation. At times, it revealed and declared what is opposite. But eventually, it will humble down and accept its master’s superiority.
Although the eternal Father Jehovah used religious reason for not allowing fat as well as blood from being eaten, scientific researchers found the unrevealed medical reason why He prohibited fat and blood, to wit: it is not good for our health. Fat causes cardio-vascular diseases. Simply stated, fat coagulates inside our veins or blood vessels and so prevent blood from freely flowing, thus, causing rupture such as in the vessel near the brain, causing paralysis or even death.
So…. ?
So, LET US HOLD THE HOLY BIBLE AND SCRIPTURES IN OUR RIGHT HAND (and not allow it to gather dust in our book shelf) AND HOLD SCIENCE IN OUR LEFT HAND.
That is the KEY TO THE EMANCIPATION OF OUR PEOPLE FROM ITS FIRST OPPRESSOR, namely: lies and ignorance.
CHRIST AND CHURCH ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS
Christ and Church are not always in agreement. As a matter of fact, it was the Jewish Church (called Temple in the New Testament) who killed Christ. Right?
And false churches organized by their false messiahs were predicted to spread all over the earth (Matthew 24).
SCIENCE CAN BE AN EFFECTIVE NON-RELIGIOUS TOOL TO DEFEAT FALSE CHURCHES AND FALSE MESSIAHS
Let us take Astronomy as a good example versus the wrong notion of the Church (I do not say Church is all wrong; I say, Church is wrong in some areas!).
Example: in the early centuries, the Catholic Church said that the earth is flat. And she persecuted the scientist Galileo for teaching the people that the earth is round!
Now, who was fooling whom?
And why should our Church still insist she is infallible?
What a thing!
Church, member or leaders, is not infallible. Even Peter was once corrected by Paul for a grave error of hypocrisy (Galatians 2:11-21). And why should the pope insists that he is infallible? Why does he insists, and the priests too, to be addressed and to be loved as the "holy father" in grieve violation of Exodus 20:3 and Matthew 23:9?
The Church, may I repeat, is not the perfect Christ. The Church, member or leaders, is imperfect.
SCIENCE CAN HELP
Since the Holy Bible, in its present set of compiled books, is not recording scientific knowledge and so leaves us much to be desired and discovered, and so, let us use our 5 physical senses to investigate this physical-material world.
And I tell you, Church will be put to shame in many respects. Not in all aspects, but the wrong ones which she peddled out to be accepted by the people for the sake of control by fear and for the sake of financial gains.
This is the bad legacy of this corrupted from of Christianity we had inherited from Spain, whose purpose was to bring us to Christ was muddled and undermined by their overwhelming and dominant aim to exploit our riches!!??
Hence their purpose was not pure and oftentimes as well as in the end, their bad ulterior motive came to the fore!!??.
Let me quote to you a favorite parable of a friendship with a hidden agenda, to wit:
THE PARABLE OF THE HAWK AND THE TURTLE
"There is the story of the turtle and the hawk. The hawk first eagerly helps the turtle out of its mud-hole in the meadow, only to be grabbed by the hawk in its neck during its search for herbs, carried aloft and smashed into a rock.
"Why did the hawk do that? So that she can enjoy the turtle’s flesh as a reward for its previous eagerness to help. My, children, do not do that!
"Do not follow the evil inhabitants in hell [on earth] who serve out of selfishness, for everyone there expects to be served.
"They are like the story of the turtle and the hawk.
"Do not fake ‘love’. Do not serve nor do good deeds with evil ulterior motive. Make sure that you love your neighbor as yourself or best of all, more than yourself for ‘there is no greater love than the one who lay down his life for the sake of his friends.’
"Service should be given in love and with true brotherly feeling, as is customary in the heavens."
Let me hasten to clarify that what Jesus prohibited is not proper love of self, but excessive love of self. We all love our self and to the right extent the Lord supports it and does not want self-love be destroyed, only be limited. He never said we should hate ourselves. He only said, Love the Father your God above all and your neighbor as yourself. In short, You still have to love yourself, but no longer that much and no longer alone.
Love of self must be less than our love for God and be equal to our love for the neighbors.
That is the correction that we should make to stop this present imbalance between the rich and the poor which resulted from the smart rich’s success in outsmarting or deceiving the poor majority. And why did they do that? All because of greater love for self than love for God and neighbor. They don’t care about the squatters, the garbage people, the street children, the beggars. They focus their brilliant minds and efforts to achieving success - and all for the Self and the self’s!
That is the imbalance here in the Philippines and generally in the world. In Japan, they had made headways. Japanese care for each other. That is why they are very rich and stable. The Americans too. So do the Germans.
But it is a different story outside Japan, outside Germany, outside America. They all treat the "outsiders" or non-racial brothers as venue of their exploitation, and sexploitation.
Too bad the world is. But Christ said, Let your racial love be extended to your other brothers who are of different color.
That is still a goal Christ has. It is yet to be fulfilled. He is still in the work of letting all races understand that we all have one Father and we are all brothers, irregardless of skin color (Matthew 23:8-8).
Now, Win, I have said too much. Let me come to some conclusion and plans now.
CONCLUSION:
Science is important not as a final Arbiter of all confusion, but as an effective maidservant of the Revelations or of the Revealer (God).
In many cases, Science is effective in correcting long-held erroneous views, superstitions, myths, lies, deceptions, that the Church peddled or tolerated for some financial gains.
We need science, under the guidance of the Revelation of God, to help remove the thick veil of darkness (ignorance) that long hold our people in slavery and inutile-ness.
One mother wondered, for example, why Filipino women when they go to other countries ended up looking for or taking works those of the slaves, maids and even prostitutes while when American women, German women, Japanese women visit our country, they do so as tourists to view our beautiful spots.
So, my dear friend Edwin, let us say, SOMETHING IS WRONG - FUNDAMENTALLY VERY WRONG BOTH IN OUR PEOPLE AND IN OUR LEADERS.
Therefore, I encourage your cooperation for us accomplish the following goals:
Book of Knowledge or any other encyclopedia for that matter, to be in EVERY HOME, on paper as well as in digital form.
To help the readers-students APPLY AND REAP BENEFITS and not just stop at knowing.
This is what I see to be lacking. Selling is not enough. But it is still a big mission to accomplish because only to a small percentage has the encyclopedia been sold. A large majority do not have the encyclopedia.
So, this is still a big task at hand.
But I believe we can do number 2 at the same time, without hampering the first goal. And as a matter of fact, helping Goal No. 1!
What I mean is: if we can show to the first batch of buyers that the knowledge they found in the New Book of Knowledge to be powerful in conquering poverty, in augmenting their income, in improving their health, in increasing their intelligence, in increasing their grades, in overcoming the present oppression by the rich, in doing away with employment and making a success at independent self-employment or own business with the aid of right science - if we can trigger new inventions and innovations with the help of the New Book of Knowledge - if we can activate our budding scientists to action, if we can remove diseases and sickness by a large percentage - if we can increase health, prosperity, happiness, love, freedom and all positive things you can mention of, then, I guess that SELLING THE NEW BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE ET AL TO THE OTHERS WILL BE PLAINLY EASY!!!!
Therefore, let us:
list all the things in the Book of Knowledge that we can apply ourselves first;
then, to share them to our buyers: those who now possess the encyclopedia.
A club or team composed of Grolier people and eventually by Grolier buyers (customers) who experienced good results from the knowledge they applied is hereby proposed.
Why do I propose that a team from Grolier or a team of selected benefited buyers be organized?
To help quickly identify which knowledge are immediately applicable in the Philippines.
To quickly produce concrete results that can contribute to the welfare of the people in whatever form.
And for corporate objective (this is proper self-love): To hasten - make faster - sales.
And for my other personal purpose (this too is not wrong self-love) - I want to serve Grolier and all of you there in time when I am delayed in my payments, due to two reasons: 1) I got defeated in the last barangay election not due to incompetence but lack of commitment (time); my honorarium was my pledge to pay my monthly installment to the New Book of Knowledge; 2) I cannot yet use my small bakery’s income - not easily because I am busy battling the sudden increase of prices of ingredients (Ex. flour from P640 to P820!) All ingredients have increased in their prices! This is the result of one lie: THAT HE WHO HAS THE MONEY IS THE ONE WHO IS WORTHY TO BE ELECTED INTO OFFICE!
They do not know that the candidates who have the much money are the ones backed up by the evil drug lords, gambling lords, etc.
We have to destroy them in many fronts. One is the political front. The other in the economic front, e.g., GREAT INCREASES OF PRICES HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER ELECTION BECAUSE BIG BUSINESS THAT FINANCED THE ELECTION IMMEDIATELY RECOUP (recover) THEIR EXPENSES. They call it with innocent hard-to-comprehend name --- Inflation!
If we can let voters understand a simple calculation:
This so-called inflation increases prices of let us just say, P1.00 per product and services including transportation (fare). And out of thousands of products and services, let us just take 30. And so P 1.00 x 30 = P30.00 a day. Per voter.
That is added to the prices, but will go to the pocket of the election financiers.
Now, multiply P30.00 to the number of days of a 3-year term: 1,095 days or round off 1,000.
We lost - each voter stands to lose after the official term of 3 years, some P30,000.00!!!
That is what we’d lose in return for the small inangayan (votemoney or bribe) of P200.00 per person came eve of the election day from our candidates.
It is more than 400% a month. No lending investor is legal to lend money at that so exorbitant a rate! That’s a killer rate! Even 10% or the so-called 5-6 is already hated. But we love to "borrow" from our politicians P200.00 at election eve and pay it at 400% a month for 36 months or three years!
And we just accept the news after election: "Price of flour increases from P640 to P820 due to inflation."
We cannot blame anyone or anything other than our being DUMB!
THE SOLUTION: RIGHT KNOWLEDGE
Win, make selling the encyclopedia in its many forms, digital or paper, not just your goal but something like an evangelical mission.
To aid that, we have to proceed to do something to hasten or encourage to hasten the APPLICATION OF SUCH KNOWLEDGE. For if we don’t initiate, I have found with my relatives both in Jagna or in Calape, or elsewhere, that THEY HAD LET THE BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE et al to SLEEP AND GATHER DUST IN THEIR BOOKSHELVES.
They only serve simple school researches. Nay, that is not the ultimate purpose of knowledge. It is not to be just written in some school term paper and then, leave there. In America, when you say knowledge in BioChemistry, people or students and scientists of all ages apply it in their homes, laboratories, in factories, in companies, in schools, everywhere.
Knowledge there is alive. It is not allowed to remain inserted in dusted old books. IT IS APPLIED.
So, we are not only up to selling and earning commission. WE should proceed to SPEARHEADING IN THE APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE TO REMOVE IGNORANCE, SLAVERY AND POVERTY AND ATTAIN INTELLIGENCE, WISDOM, FREEDOM AND PROSPERITY!
That is our revised and expanded MISSION.
And all the financial things that we desire shall be added unto you, borrowing from Christ’s famous statement.

Your desire that I help you see important people here in Bohol will become an easy and more meaningful thing to do if we can pair it - read: tie it to - the phase which I term as "APPLYING THE BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE FOR YOUR FAMILY, WORK AND BUSINESS."
Perhaps we can organize some sort of Grolier Young Scientists and Innovators’ Club which we will use as the agency TO APPLY THE NEW BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE.
Like what they do with the Bible. There are living testimonies. Why can’t we do that? Why don’t we do that!
